As scheduler/dispatch you are taking the lead in making sure all cleaners are prepared for their jobs with as much correct information as possible before they enter the home while also ensuring the clients are prepared and informed prior to their scheduled cleanings of what to expect.

- Monday- Friday (8:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Scheduling: Review and adjust schedules daily, coordinate with employees, and communicate any changes to clients.
- Team Coordination: Monitor team members' clock-ins, ensure punctuality, and address any absences by contacting clients.
- Weekly Planning: Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts for the upcoming week.
- Reminders and Updates: Send out reminders, update schedules, and correspond with clients about any changes.
- Client Interaction: Handle client feedback and complaints, coordinate with Field Supervisors for necessary actions, and conduct quality checks.
- Key Management: Tag and catalog client keys, assemble lock boxes, and manage key distribution.
- Team Leadership: Lead team members positively and manage time off/vacation requests.
- Office Duties: Maintain a tidy workspace, dress business casual, manage building alarm, and answer phone calls promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements:

- Quick learner able to handle a heavy workload.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with creativity, professionalism, and urgency.
- Proficient computer and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle interruptions and distractions effectively.
- Minimum of two years of scheduling experience, preferably in the cleaning field or HVAC industry.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines, text messages, and emails.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute daily to our Lagrange office location.
- Ability to sit and be near your computer for long periods of time.
