Position Summary:

We are seeking a rockstar Marketing Manager with proven success running digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, vendor relationships, project management, and website updates (no coding required). We’re looking for an analytical, and fast-paced marketer to execute, report, and optimize growth initiatives across multiple divisions and platforms such as email, website, and paid media.
This role is highly collaborative and requires proactive communication with the marketing team, sales, and other divisions within Agital. This role will work closely with the Director of Content, design team, Salesforce Manager, Director of Marketing, and the sales team.
Key Functions:
Email:
- Proven experience running successful email marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive MQLs.
- This role will manage 2-5 marketing email sends per week with content and design provided.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing operations, emails, workflows, attribution, and UTMs.
Webinars (Zoom):
- Lead webinar pre-promotion and follow-up, including landing page builds (no code required), HubSpot workflows, email promotions, and webinar performance reporting.
- Manage webinar publisher relationships including scheduling, QA, delivering assets, and campaign management.
- Configure webinars on Zoom, pull reporting, and recordings for follow ups.
- Communicate promotion dates and necessary campaign details with sales to set them up for success with hi-val webinar leads.
Campaigns/Lead Gen:
- Execute marketing programs and campaigns from inception to completion.
- Build campaigns across various funnel stages to support sales and acquire new clients.
- Project manage campaigns and self-start projects, ensuring ownership and timely execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and campaigns, coordinating promotions, communicating with vendors, and measuring performance.
Leadership:
- Measure campaign performance at each funnel stage, providing weekly insights and improvement suggestions. Track campaigns against quarterly KPIs to achieve lead gen goals.
- Present new ideas, campaign updates, and improvement opportunities to the marketing team confidently.
- Optimize lead gen processes and introduce innovative campaign ideas to the marketing team.
- Consistently communicate and align with sales and all Agital divisions on campaigns.
- Support new divisions transitioning to Agital, ensuring smooth rebranding processes.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere, promoting creativity, innovation, and mutual support within the team.
Your Qualifications
- Marketing Management: 4+ years of marketing management experience, professional services or B2B industry preferred
- Proactive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic Visionary: Ability to understand and effectively drive “big picture” business goals
- Results Driven: A drive to execute on campaigns and measure business outcomes
- Proactive & Agile: Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Foundational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$125,000. Actual compensation offered will range by experience and location.
