We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our organization’s success and needs to be someone who can lead with integrity, communicate effectively, and drive results. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of HR management including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Recommend and establish HR strategies, initiatives, and employment standards aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage HR programs such as benefits administration, leaves of absence, and new employee recruitment
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and State and Federal regulations governing personnel, labor and benefit administration skills
- Interact with interdepartmental staff, residents and vendors in a professional manner
- Well organized, self-starter and possess time management skills.
Qualifications:·
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a preferred
- Experience working in healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
