Champion Restoration is a 20-year-old Fire & Water Damage Restoration company, competing in a very competitive market to be the best! This is a FAST-passed office environment that requires an individual to multi-task and juggle multiple duties simultaneously. A breakdown, and overview of those duties noted below responsibilities as well as the compensation package.
Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Performs administrative and secretarial duties for a discipline lead, manager, department, and/or business unit under moderate supervision and direction.
- Coordination of documentation (reports, correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) including the preparation, formatting, approval, and distribution.
- Coordinates meetings and logistical details for the project department. May attend meetings, and record minutes.
- Distribution, maintenance of hard-copy and electronic filing for reports, forms, and other files.
- Daily interaction with Crew Chiefs, and Office Staff to make sure work is being done in a timely manner.
- Organization and prioritization of assignments and taking the initiative to follow through on pending items.
- Operation of general office equipment may be responsible for replenishing stationery and ordering general office supplies.
- Provide reception duties, directing incoming calls and visitors.
- 2 years of administrative/clerical experience in restoration
- Previous administrative experience in a professional business environment.
- Follow-up on customer requests and determine the next step.
- Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Is aware of, adheres to, and supports all company policies and procedures.
- Effectively manages change to work tasks and the work environment and assists others with adapting to change.

- Proficient with several software applications particularly MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quickbooks. Ability to learn and use other common business applications such as PSA , Xactanalysis
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups, Strong client service orientation.
- Able to work on multiple projects of various sizes and complexity.
- Able to work effectively in small to large multi-disciplinary teams and share and transfer knowledge within teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Work with Insurance Carriers for approvals/ follow up information, and accounts receivables.
