Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
Ability to assist with office duties. Strong organizational skills. Ability for follow oral and written directions. Competent in Word and Excel with heavy use of computers. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. A team player with a positive attitude is a must!
Salary depends on experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check(s).
- Must have Excel experience
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office upon their arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to the office manager as needed.
- Provide administrative support to MCDONALDS staff as needed. (i.e., answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, scanning, etc.)
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, mailing, etc., as assigned by the office manager.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
