Overview
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of products within our warehouse facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. General areas of responsibility include receiving, picking customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory organization, management and control. Performs one or more of a combination of these tasks.
2. May perform stocking, replenishment and order fulfillment in a refrigerated environment.
3. Verifies merchandise received against record of shipment, inspects and reports discrepancies and any obvious defects.
4. Stocks shelves, ensuring materials are in their designated areas.
5. May use a radio-frequency (RF) device to aid in picking stock.
6. Assembles customer orders from stock by pulling items from shelves and placing them in totes to be packed and shipped. Identifies quantities and customer specifications.
7. Enters orders, returns and related data in the computer system.
8. Inspects returned items and returns merchandise to proper shelf in the warehouse.
9. Accurately completes daily inventory counts and researches discrepancies.
10. Assists with inventory procedures as requested.
11. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
12. Performs related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to read and understand the English language to compare and read product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
2. Must possess basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
4. Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
5. Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.
6. Ability to use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions.
7. Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
8. Basic computer knowledge preferred.

4. Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

7. Must be able to us a box cutter to open boxes of product.
8. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and/or hot and cold temperatures for entire work shift as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
