Vitality Living is currently seeking a seasoned senior living sales professional to step into the role of Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in an assisted living / memory care setting.
As a Vitality RDSM, you will
- Maintain current competitive analyses for local markets
- Attend sales and special events and functions, grand openings, resident referral events, etc.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to region sales directors in a manner that promotes the company culture.
- Generate and present on analytics, strategic planning efforts, and region performance
- Train new sales directors on CRM, marketing plans, sales strategies, etc., and provide on-going training and support.

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Bachelors degree
- At least 2 years in a multi-state sales management role with experience in senior housing strongly preferred
- Experience in new development and/or acquisitions preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRMs
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 75%
