Busy home medical business seeks a full-time person for the Customer Service Team. You will greet walk in customers, answer phones, performs patient intake coordination and verify insurance benefits, filing, maintain accurate referral log and other duties as assigned. CSR must be friendly, helpful and task oriented. Job requires skills with customer service, basic office equipment, electronic medical record, Microsoft office and billing software is helpful. Candidate will undergo a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and OIG background check. DME experience is preferred. Pay will be based on level of experience.
