As a Project Engineer, you will work directly with the Project Managers in all aspects of project management, from time of contract to final close out. You will have many opportunities to learn new skills to help you in any management career path.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client and trade partner relationships to promote collaborative project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Acquire and possess a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents and project objectives, ensuring adherence to all requirements.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders, employing timely and effective communication methods.
- Analyze and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, schedules, and RFI's, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the project.
- Contribute actively to project meetings, offering valuable insights for reviewing progress and planning future actions.
- Demonstrate proactive identification of potential opportunities and constraints, devising strategies to optimize project outcomes and mitigate challenges.
- Resolve constraints and potential issues promptly, maintaining project momentum and minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate with trade partners to solicit pricing, offering well-founded recommendations to the Project Team for informed decision-making.
- Manage information flow and project documentation meticulously, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for all relevant parties.
- Assess potential scope changes thoroughly, preparing comprehensive cost estimates as needed to inform project decisions.
- Conduct daily review of invoices and field reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Have strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Bluebeam
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following specialties: demolition, earthwork, paving, underground utilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, contracts, and other technical documents
- Strong ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
