Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive sales analysis by channel, day part, and week part to understand business performance and uncover opportunities.
- Upkeep with all catering accounts.
- Generate, follow up on & retain catering sales leads to meet targeted sales.
- Communicate offerings to customers in a consultative manner and close sales.
- Follow through with all catering sales and leads.
- Update dashboard with updated statuses.
- Follow up with guest on quotes.
- Report daily/weekly sale/lead generation updates.
- Call and/or email all follow ups.
Objective:
As a Regional Catering Specialist at Pollo Campero, your role will be crucial in planning, developing, and expanding sales for multiple restaurant locations in your designated region. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring the successful execution of sales-building initiatives, and acting as a local brand ambassador. This position collaborates closely with the Marketing Department, Operations Services Support, Area Manager, Management Teams, and Catering Teams at each restaurant location.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in catering sales, experience with demonstrated ability to increase sales across all stores in the region.
- Experience creating sales enhancement strategies such as catering lead generation.
- Knowledge of regional fast-casual market and its competitors strengths and weaknesses and industry trend.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on weekends when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
