Assistant Property Manager compensation: $18-$20/hr
Assistant Property Manager responsibilities:
- Support the completion of move-in paperwork with new residents
- Resolve any prospect or resident issues and answer any questions
- Review property operations, budget, irregularities, etc. regularly with the Property Manager
- Manage the lease agreement process from application forward
- Monitor resident adherence to policy regarding rent payments, renter’s insurance and utilities transferred
- Conduct regular property walks
- Create, assign and follow-up on work orders
- Support Leasing and Marketing teams as needed
Assistant Property Manager qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum two years’ customer service experience
- Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook & Excel)
- Property Management software experience a plus
- Comfortable providing stellar customer service via phone calls, emails and in person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization, organization and time-management skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communicator
- Strong collaborator

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
