Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive client prospecting using various methods such as cold calling, networking, and strategic marketing efforts.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process with professionalism and expertise, providing exceptional customer service at all stages.
- Conduct property showings, tours, and open houses to showcase available properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- Actively participate in team meetings to share insights, best practices, and market updates for collective growth and knowledge sharing.
- Attend broker open houses to network, preview properties, and stay informed about market trends and available listings.
- Assist clients in negotiating offers and preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local developments to offer informed advice and insights to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, lenders, legal professionals, and service providers to facilitate successful real estate transactions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in real estate software and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
