Looking for part time help in my office. This is NOT a remote position. Must be tech literate, must have knowledge of excel and social media. Articulate with good phone and people skills. -Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff

-Being a point of contact for clients, service center, and advisor -Preparing documents and files for meetings -Filing (physical and electronic) -Must be comfortable and confident making phone calls -Preparing forms and documents to send to clients or to the service center -Calling service center to resolve issues and ask questions -Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task -Efficiently take notes on tasks -Follow up on tasks -Confirm scheduled appointments with clients -Proficient using basic computer applications -Quick learner for using company’s software
