Our drivers play an essential role in our business, driving vehicles to and from our auction from all over the tri-state area.
Drivers MUST be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record.
We are looking for both full and part-time drivers, and can be flexible with the days and hours.
Qualifications we are looking for include, but are not limited to:
- able to work in all weather conditions
- able to get in and out of all types of vehicles with ease
- comfortable and willing to drive on the highway
- must be good with directions and/or using a GPS application
Essential Functions
- Drives any make and model of vehicle, both standard and automatic transmission, that can be driver with a normal driver's license
- Prepares paperwork necessary for on lot or off lot movement of vehicles
- Communicates with customers in a professional manner
- Makes value judgements on vehicle safety and communicates to customer and supervisor
- Evaluates general condition of each vehicle prior to being driven
- Analyzes emergency and/or breakdown situations and takes proper action
