Description:
- The current PM opening we have is mainly an office based support role for a major healthcare system. We support much of their infrastructure installation and repairs on a day-to-day basis utilizing a ticket based system.
- Coordinating Technicians schedule wise and requesting permits and client coordination is the name of the game.
- StarCom is really looking for a PM that also has quite a bit of experiance with job accounting and some billing experience, Quick Books would be a huge plus for this role.
- Overall suporting the client while shifting the technicians around on the ever moving MAC board.
Additional Skill-sets and Responsibilities:
- Strong Project Accounting and Tracking capabilities.
- Prior management experience within commercial low voltage structural voice/data cabling
- Intimate knowledge consistent with ground-up commercial low voltage (cat 5/6), fiber, coax, etc., network infrastructure cabling
- Ability to develop and manage tactical project plans, goals, budgets, bidding, and change orders; identifies resources needed, develops schedules, methods for measuring results
- Serves as a liaison with company resources and systems to provide current data and information needed
- Tracks, records, and provides detailed updates to appropriate managers on project status
- Partners to develop and deliver system wide communication regarding the progress, accountabilities and gaps in the progress of assigned projects
- Knowledge of the techniques managing cross-functional teams and client needs put at the forefront of all decisions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
