Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with product selection and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues promptly
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently is a plus
- Prior experience in Customer service
- Proficient in using EZLynx Management System is a plus
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and analyze situations quickly
- Knowledge of Insurance Policy coverages
