- Represent Plumbing Excellence as a CSR, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues with a smile.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with our customers, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Job requirements
- Prior experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical service industries
- Proficiency with office management software, such as Housecall Pro, Service Titan, and willingness to learn CertainPath software
- Ability to handle Dispatcher and various office tasks
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in-office and manage schedules
- Authorized to work in the U.S
