Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, punctual attendance and a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Must be versatile and willing to perform a range of duties.
Duties:
Bar:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption
Kitchen/Server:
- Enter customer orders into POS Machine
-Cook/prepare customer orders
-Ensure proper safe food handling procedures are followed
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Miscelleneous Duties:
-Keep bar and kitchen stocked
-Occasionally assist with unloading deliveries
-Occasionally arrive before facility opens to clean restaurant and ensure bar and kitchen are stocked and prepped for the day
-Occasionally stay after facility closes to ensure all systems are properly shut down and restaurant is thoroughly cleaned
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or related field preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Understanding of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments
- Experience in fine dining, restaurant, or catering environments is a plus
