Weekend Supervisor

Duties:
- Oversee and manage weekend operations and staff
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations during weekend shifts
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
- Provide guidance and support to staff as needed
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain consistency in operations
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during weekend shifts
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of pain management and health coaching practices
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks and Cerner systems
- Understanding of neonatal ventilator operation and sterile processing procedures
- Familiarity with workers compensation laws and occupational health standards
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required for the role
- Flexibility to work weekends and potentially extended hours as needed
