Summary
Farmer CPA, a dynamic and growing accounting firm, seeks a dedicated Client Relations Associate to join
our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and efficient professional, adept at managing client
interactions with the utmost attention to detail and confidentiality, as well as incorporating new and
effective ways to achieve better results.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Acts as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, including
greeting and directing visitors in the office.
- Schedules and coordinates client appointments and meetings
- Manages client data and correspondences in our CRM system, internal software, and client
portals ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assists in preparing client reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Collaborates with accounting staff to ensure client needs are met promptly.
- Handles and resolves client concerns, escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed.
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experiences.
-Prepares customer invoices, receives and processes payments.
- Opens and routes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail; maintains postal equipment and
accounts.
- Copies and/or duplicates materials as requested; may prepare and transmit facsimiles.
- Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies.
- Assists in the preparation and management of office meetings and events.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Required: Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a CPA or financial services
firm.
- Required: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to
communicate with a variety of personalities and knowledge levels.
- Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required: High proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions
- Office based-role with standard working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
