Associate Buyer Job Overview
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with oral & written communication skills.
- Strong time management and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines & to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Proficient with Excel & MS Office applications.
- Experience with material planning & inventory control.
- MRP/ERP Manex would be a plus.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Responsibilities:
- Release purchase orders based on current & forecast material requirement.
- Monitor past due purchase orders & working with vendors to ensure on-time receipt of shipments.
- Maintain purchasing records & proper paper fillings.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department to ensure receipt of material ordered and invoices from vendors.
Salary: $DOE/month (Initial 3-month contract)

Summary
