Divine Plastic Surgery LLC is looking for a highly motivated and charismatic Patient Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on patients, performing pre-op appointments, converting questions and concerns, scheduling and clearing patients based on a standard and defined process to ensure the patient can safely undergo surgery.
Responsibilities
- Assists patients in evaluating them for their appropriate surgical procedure(s)
- Reviews patient's medical and health history to determine pre-admission testing
- Schedules appropriate medical and cardiac clearances
- Schedules patients for pre-op appointments and tests
- Answering phones, maintaining patient charts, data entry, communication, customer service, among other skills and activities are vital to this role
- Coordinates with clinical staff to gather information for all patients
- Codes information from physicians about procedures performed
- Assesses no further testing or additional clearances are needed
- Provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring that patient unique needs are meet
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage patient schedules, appointments, and medical records, while also prioritizing sales targets and goals

Requirements
- Bilingual Required (ENGLISH & SPANISH)
- Ability to keep financial records and perform mathematical tasks
- Good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Computer skills
- Must be able to learn quickly from oral and written instructions
- Able to work well under pressure
- Must thrive in a service and sales environment
- Ability to communicate well with people in person and on the phone
- Can be trusted with confidential information
- Can effectively act as a liaison between patients and physicians
- Must have a neat and friendly appearance
- Ability to communicate and get along with co-workers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
