Job Description
KDi is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coating Paint Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to a variety of metal products, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in powder coating processes
- Knowledge of different types of coatings and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Certification in powder coating would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform powder coating paint application on various surfaces following quality control standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain paint equipment.
- Operate forklift for materials handling and movement within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Use precision measuring instruments for accurate paint application.
- Conduct quality checks to meet manufacturing standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
