We are seeking qualified Therapists to join our dynamic team.
The preferred candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in Social Work (LSW or LISW)
- Experience working with at-risk populations.
- At least one year work experience in providing behavioral health treatment services or educational equivalent.
- Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health conditions.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Experience with evidence-based counseling techniques.
- Excellent customer service and demonstrate a high level of cultural competency.
Responsibilities:
- Uses the DSM V Diagnostic and Statistical Manual in the diagnostic assessment of all clients.
- Maintains a caseload as assigned.
- Completes documentation daily.
- Collaborates with school-based personnel as needed.
- Refers clients to community social support services as needed.
- Assess the progress of clients' treatment.
- Work with clients to develop healthy lifestyle practices.
- Work with clients to overcome psychological challenges.
- Demonstrates excellence in both internal and external customer service.
- Understands and is able to effectively communicate HIPAA compliance, corporate compliance and client confidentiality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
