To strengthen our international team in New York, we are offering a position as Associate Account Manager.

Partner with others on the Retail Media Team to optimize targeting and execution

Assist in providing campaign response metrics and post-performance insights to multiple client stakeholder groups

You will be the day-to-day contact for our client responsible for ensuring work is completed including projects, campaigns, and creative

Lead projects and ensure that all internal parties are updated appropriately and in a timely fashion

Be held accountable to managing deadlines, approvals, and business requirements are met

Conduct status calls, send follow-up notes, and provide status reports on a daily and/or weekly basis

QA of all campaigns prior to client review ensuring that they were built to spec

Ensuring all client communication is succinct, accurate, and on time

Gather business requirements, identify needs, and scope programs to ensure quality programs exceed client's expectations and industry standards

Know and understand your client’s business intimately and be an effective spokesperson for the client representing their point of view and concerns

Understand your client’s business and work to identify sales opportunities within existing accounts
-
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of platforms so you can support clients, know the right questions to ask, and answer questions

You have a background in and understanding of digital marketing or agency / client management experience

A team player with a positive attitude and effective communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive solutions

The pay range for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. We offer an annual bonus plan (15 % average annual payout) on top of the base salary as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
