We are seeking an experienced Office of CEO Administrator to join our CEO. As an Office of CEO Administrator, you will provide high-level support to executives and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information will be critical in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, visitors, emails, and mail
-Prepare file expense reports weekly without fail
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Execute travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to attendees
- Coordinate logistics for events or conferences
- Provide general administrative support project management as needed
- Personal and Professional; House, car, cleaners, hosting and greeting visitors, Exec offices stocking food and drinks
Skills:
- Proficient in document management
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent calendar management abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
