We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front receptionist to join our dental office team. Must have at least 2 years or more dental office experience. The Front receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient patient service, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental scheduling, front desk systems, and providing exceptional patient.
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and answering phone calls
- Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office by coordinating with dental staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and dental documentation
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints or issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide excellent patient
- Insurance verification and billing processes to ensure accurate reimbursement
- Collaborate with providers to optimize scheduling efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Previous experience needed in a dental office setting, preferably in a front desk or administrative role
- Proficiency a must in dental terminology and knowledge of electronic health record systems (Dentrix).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and providers
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
