LocalMD is a mental healthcare private telehealth practice looking for a Spanish speaking Patient Care Coordinator to help our organization with their patients, coordinate administration duties and office procedures and other tasked assigned to you by Administrative staff. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
This role should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
MUST HAVE MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICAL SETTING.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to clinical support staff when needed.
- Oversee team and activities of the facility; determine priorities
- Working with providers and staff to maintain a positive work environment.
- Interaction with patients to assure patient satisfaction, promote patient engagement and assess any barriers to care.
- Facilitate patient enrollment or eligibility, as needed.
- Daily oversight of reception staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Act as point of contact for contracted staff and maintain a good working relationship.
- Present problems, issues, or concerns to the executive management team for resolution.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, referring physicians and their office staff, clinicians, and clinical support staff.
- Ensure that all duties and responsibilities are carried out according to the organizations policies.
- Work closely with management to ensure the efficient, timely flow of overall operation and promotion of the site.
- Perform and implement instructions given by the administration to develop the facility further. Communicate changes to site staff positively and optimistically, emphasizing constructive training in new procedures and processes when implementing change.
- Ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies
- Initiate quality control measures and monitor work quality for compliance with organization standards.
- Provide regular updates to administration through structured meetings, status reports, and issues or concerns that have arisen.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
