We are seeking a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to join our Procurement & Supply Chain Team. The role will be responsible for coordinating the company's logistics needs and maintaining accurate inventory records.
You Are:

You Will:
- Coordinate on-time deliveries of solar modules and other equipment from the port to a 3rd party warehouse, and from warehouse to project sites.
- Monitor and track shipments, addressing any issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep accurate records of shipping documents and flash data reports from manufacturer to warehouse and from warehouse to the project site.
- Update NetSuite Inventory and trackers once equipment is shipped to site.
- Coordinate weekly calls with 3rd party logistics partners to ensure all parties are in line with the expectations.
- Respond to internal customers' inquiries in a timely manner.
- Review and approve logistics invoices in NetSuite.
- Monitor warehouse reports weekly, verify correctness against manual trackers and NetSuite Inventory.
- Edit weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of any discrepancies or issues.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Impeccable attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven experience in logistics and/or inventory management, ideally in a construction-related company.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, GSuite, Procore, and NetSuite.
- Strong interest in our economy’s transition to clean, renewable energy; renewable energy industry experience preferred.
- Experience working on multiple projects while prioritizing effectively, managing competing expectations, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.

- $50,000 - 75,000 base salary depending on experience and location
