Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Train, supervise, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and provide outstanding service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is displayed effectively
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
- Preferably some retail experience
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure smooth store operations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
