CalStar Unlimited (CA PI# 187978), a young but growing private investigative firm focused on insurance investigations, is looking to hire a part-time Investigative Administrator for our Surveillance Department. This is an excellent position for a career-minded individual looking for an entry-level investigative position.
The main function of this role is to provide administrative support for our Surveillance Department. This can include a wide variety of tasks, including: logging updates from field investigators; labeling and archiving files and documents; running searches and organizing information; printing and mailing documents and media; editing and compiling video clips; writing and editing reports and other documentation; setting up and conducting research for new assignments; and performing other administrative functions as directed. This individual will also assist with general administrative office functions.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

· Effective verbal and written communicator, with the ability to work with people of varying backgrounds
· Polite, courteous, and professional demeanor
· Experience performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in basic office software, including Microsoft Office and Google-based apps and programs
· Proficiency in utilizing social media and other internet-based tools
· Experience with Adobe Premier or another video editing software
· Proficiency in Spanish
This is a part-time position at approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of future growth into a full-time position. This position is also fully remote.
