About the Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Spa Host to join our team at our luxurious hotel spa. As a Spa Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable spa experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them upon arrival, providing tours of the spa facilities, and assisting with any questions or concerns they may have. Your ultimate goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a spa or hospitality setting

Knowledge of spa services and treatments

Experience with booking and scheduling software

Responsibilities:
