Compensation: $24.00-26.00
Responsibilities:
- Facility Coordination and Management: Coordinate schedules and logistics for vendors, customers, and third-party visits, ensuring safety and GMP compliance.
- Event Planning and Office Management: Organize company events and meetings, manage office supplies and IT equipment, and liaise with the IT help desk for issue resolution.
- Security and Timekeeping Oversight: Administer the facility security system, manage badge issuance, oversee the timekeeping system, and train staff on procedures.
- Safety Program Support: Maintain safety incident records, support safety reporting and OSHA log maintenance, and participate in safety committee activities.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, organize new hire orientation, and set up workstations for new hires.
- Administrative and Technical Support: Provide administrative support, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and build effective relationships with staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an administrative professional in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to human resources
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong customer service focus and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with HRIS software such as UKG is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to solve problems promptly and work collaboratively to address issues, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
- Language Skills: Working knowledge of Spanish highly preferred
