ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Megan Morrison - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a sales position. Prior sales experience desired.
- Must be willing to complete a CTS sales assessment prior to interview.
- Position is in office and must be willing to commute.
- Candidate must thrive off of achieving results and earning commission to increase their paycheck.
- Candidate must be self motivate to maintain high activity to achieve high sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (insurance sales, outside sales or inside sales representative, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (must be willing to obtain)
