Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Previous experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
