JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to)
Experience working with customers, doctors, care managers and other medical professionals. You will be required to obtain patient demographics including insurance information
- The right candidate will have excellent phone and communication skills. Will be friendly and personable.
- Answering, triaging & routing calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Clerical duties as needed
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of insurance requirements extremely helpful.
- Friendly office environment with an excellent compensation package including paid time off, health insurance, 401k program, etc.
- Salary based on experience.
- Position is Monday – Saturday. Varied shifts available.
