Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. You will work closely with clients to plan, coordinate, and execute every aspect of their wedding, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
- Develop detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and checklists.
- Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers.
- Manage logistics and oversee the setup and execution of all wedding events.
- Ensure adherence to cultural traditions and customs specific to South Asian weddings.
- Provide on-site support and coordination during the wedding day and related events.
- Address any issues or emergencies that arise to ensure a smooth event.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Stay updated on wedding trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Event/Wedding Planner.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple weddings and tasks simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of wedding trends and traditions
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
