Position Title: Property Manager
Job Summary:
Parkstone Communities is seeking to hire a Full Time Property Manager. This position will help with the overall operations of a mobile home community in Gautier MS..
Responsibilities:
- Maximize Community occupancy and revenue.
- Process applications, move-ins, move-outs and maintains all lease related documentation
- Effectively work with other team members including Regional Managers, Regional Maintenace Supervisors, and Project Managers
- Investigate and resolve all tenant complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Manage rent collection, delinquent accounts, utility bill assessments and vendor quotes/invoices, including approval and payment requests
- Reviewing and sticking to budgets
- Available after hours to timely address park related emergencies
- Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate has both Manufactured Housing and RV experience
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Strong leadership skills, able to quickly diagnose concerns and make prompt decisions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
- Ability to walk the property on a regular basis to deliver notices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Dependable & reliable

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $35,000.00 per year
