Manager, Global Partnerships

Responsible for executing creative for Global (multi-territory) partnerships including TVC, Digital, Experiential, Retail, Outdoor and Packaging. Split deals with Senior Manager

Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sr. Executives & Filmmakers) to meet campaign goals.

Work cross-functionally with all Marketing teams (Publicity, Digital, Media, Creative Advertising, Creative Content) to integrate our partner brand campaigns into key marketing beats to create high impact moments.

Oversee all global deal communication to the local markets via the partnership portal.

Responsible for sending global creative to legal for review and approval. Ensure all legal guardrails are followed by partners.

Review all co-promotional talent rights to Partnerships team to ensure proper talent usage is being followed by all partners.

Collaborate with 50+ International market leads to by stipulating selling points and marketing/creative strategy.

Work with Sony sister teams on cross-company efforts to amplify movie awareness across different areas of the business under the larger Sony umbrella.

Marvel creative liaison for special projects to amplify the Spider-Man franchise.

Assist on special projects as they come up such as Location Based Entertainment, Ghostbusters Brand, Virtual Reality etc.
Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in marketing partnerships

Entertainment or corporate experience preferred

College graduate or equivalent

Excellent written and oral communication; strong presentation skills

Effective team building skills; work collaboratively in a team environment

Self-starter with high level of initiative

Passionate and committed with a high level of energy

Strong sense of ownership and urgency

Must have an open communication style which takes into account managing expectations with multiple stakeholders

Excellent organizational skills; effectively handle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Strategic critical thinker who also has a high attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
The anticipated base salary for this position is $82,000 to $118,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
