Duties: General tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Directs, plans, and implements the overall strategy for health care facility setting recruitment services.
- Defines roles and responsibilities for the recruitment team and manages team throughout the recruitment process.
- Supervises the team by monitoring and evaluating staff performance and quality of work, and reports on team’s performance to appropriate leadership.
- Oversees operating budget; ensures effective use of resources within budgetary guidelines. Identifies and meets staffing needs to support continuity of business operations.
- Interfaces overall H+H recruitment programs with those of the health care settings.
- Provides leadership, consultation and coordination for recruitment programs and related initiatives.
- Stays updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment to remain competitive and innovative.
- Coordinates recruitment activities of health care facility settings, including fellowship (forgivable loan) programs.
- Develops recruitment resources and linkages with the educational community to enhance recruitment among graduates.
- Develops strategic relationships with various talent sources (ex. Job boards, associations, community boards, social media, etc.).
- Develops, attends and accesses recruitment activities, such as job fairs and career days hosted System wide, or by the health care settings or other sponsors.
- Formulates the application of management information systems to provide analytical tools for assessing and evaluating recruitment programs and activities.
- Develops workflows and metrics for measurement efforts and effectiveness.
- Continuously improves recruitment processes to streamline work-flows, reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience. Provides operational metrics related to recruitment and team activities.
- Collaborates with hiring managers, department heads and executives to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Implements initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process and the health care facility.
- Participates in the System-Wide Recruitment Council.
- Performs other related duties, as directed.
Schedule Notes:
- 10 years’ experience in HR, healthcare, Recruitment management, in Healthcare Related Settings
- 5+ years in a similar role, providing high level administrative and project management support to an executive, preferably within Human Resources.
- Experience with large-scale project management and budgeting
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing
- Track record with data-driven decision-making and knowledge of Excel
- Steering Committee and Executive stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
