Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Director
- Manage phone systems, screen and direct calls appropriately
- Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist in project coordination by organizing files, documents, and information
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in all communications
- Maintain office efficiency by handling front desk duties as needed
Acccuracy and detail oriented for legal documents and stationery items.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Administrative or Personal Assistant role
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in file management and office operations is a plus
