The Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a BCaBA or a BCBA. This is a clinic-based position, although there may be some sessions done in client's home or in the community as well. Clients are children ages 2-18 who experience autism spectrum disorders. Services are typically delivered 1:1 or in small groups.
