Job Description: We're excited to invite you to be a part of Agape ABA Services as an Applied Behavioral Therapy Technician. In this role, you'll be right at the heart of our efforts, helping children achieve their developmental milestones using the power of ABA principles. We are looking to staff in clinic, in home, and in school.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy sessions and interventions to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior using established protocols
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to inform treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide support and guidance to families of children with ASD, including training on behavior management techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques a plus
- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavioral therapy strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans accurately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and approaches in the field

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
