Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders from guests and enter them into the system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide information to guests about menu items, specials, and promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling purposes
