RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage and maintain Bar Prep (syrups, shrubs, milk punch, juices)
· Weekly bar inventory and ordering
· Bar cost managment
· Concentrates on training service personnel, to continually improve the guest experience.
· Ensures safety, sanitation and security guidelines are followed at all times and immediately resolves any items identified in inspections.
· Table Touches! Uses service-related guest feedback and takes appropriate action to continually improve the level of service, drive guest satisfaction, increase return visits and reduce guest complaints.
· Reinforces suggestive selling behaviors by continued training in staff meetings and daily line ups
· Is responsible for maintaining standards of products, services and quality.
· Creates and fosters a culture to make wine and sake an integral part of every guest’s dining experience.
· Creates an atmosphere that insures guests feel welcome

QUALIFICATIONS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Proven work experience as a Beverage Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and POS Software and Scheduling Software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Inventory Managment
- Budget and Cost Analysis
- Experience and passion for giving excellent Guest service, managing, and elevating people.
- Capability to reach, bend, stoop, scrub equipment and lift 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
- Capability to walk and stand during the entire shift
Experience:
Required: two to five years of Beverage Managment expierence or similar roles

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
