- Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- $20.00 an hour; paid vacation and sick leave
- Greet and welcome owners, vendors, visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide administrative support such as scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in clerical tasks such as data entry and file management
