Super Auto Company is in need of a General Sales Manager.
We have been in business over 30 years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand customer base
- Train sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance and set goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
-Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proven experience in sales management or a related role
- Strong administrative skills, including time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and market dynamics
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets
- Proficient in using technology tools for tracking sales data and analyzing performance
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for calculating commissions and analyzing sales data
-Valid Driver License and Valid Colorado Sales License.
