- Financial Reconciliation:
- Perform nightly audits of the day's financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
- Balance all revenue and settlement accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing financial activity for management review.
- Security and Safety:
- Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents, following established procedures and protocols.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing assistance and information as needed.
