We’re seeking a talented, committed, and energetic individual to join our Insights & Analytics team as an Associate Consultant to support our growing Real-World Evidence function. The Associate Consultant is an integral member of project teams where he/she will work side-by-side with consultants, database developers, and statisticians. With an eye for detail, they are responsible for designing, developing, and executing analyses on RWE data sources (e.g., administrative claims) that meet client's and internal project team needs and offer value-add insights. The Associate Consultant is also responsible for effectively communicating with all project team members, including managers on all matters related to project assignments. In this position, the Associate Consultant is expected to multi-task concurrently across multiple projects and project types while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
Position Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret secondary real-world evidence (RWE) data to address the business objectives, leveraging SQL, Python, R or other programming languages

Understand our client’s business needs and creatively think through methodologies and solutions for our client’s business needs by leveraging secondary RWE data under the direction of senior team members

Develop an understanding of industry secondary data sources available and weigh the pros and cons of leveraging each data source available

Work closely with general consultants, database developers, and statisticians to develop and interpret business rules for study analysis

Support the development of key takeaways from data analyses and develop clear, concise presentations that outline business rules, study results, and actionable insights for our clients

Support in execution of analytics product testing with the guidance of senior managers

Complete other tasks as assigned
Education: BS or MS in Public Health, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics or Engineering. Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field is a plus. Graduate training (Masters) in STEM fields or Masters in Public Health is strongly preferred.
- Work Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in analyzing healthcare administrative claims data (e.g., CMS, IQVIA, Truven, Symphony). Experience with life sciences real-world evidence data is a must. Experience in analyzing patient level data particularly administrative claims data, EHR data, or experience in pharma consulting, advanced pharma analytics.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $87,500.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
