Responsibilities:
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Manage office operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to clients
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively file and manage documents
-- Attention to detail for proofreading documents with accuracy
- Typing proficiency to efficiently prepare various types of correspondence
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to perform general office tasks using office equipment (photocopier, scanner, fax machine)
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
